  1. Take 2 cups Ragi flour
  2. Make ready 50gm Makhana
  3. Get 1 cup Palm sugar powdered
  4. Get 5-6 tbsp Ghee
  5. Get 50 gm Badam(Almonds) and cashew both
  6. Get 1 inch Dalchini big stick,
  7. Prepare 1/2 inch sonth /dry ginger
  8. Take 10 to 12(1 tbsp) Pepper
  9. Prepare 5 - 6 elaichi
Steps to make Immunity Ragi Makhana Ladoo:
  1. Add makhana in a mixer jar and coarse powder it. Add dalchini, dry ginger, Pepper and elaichi in it and powder it.
  2. Dry roast the nuts and coarse powder it. Add palm sugar granules in mixer jar and powder it.
  3. Take a thick bottom kadai,add ghee in it. On medium flame add the Makhana, spices powder and roast it. Add badam and cashew nut powder and saute well.
  4. Now add 2 cups of Ragi flour and mix it well and stir it continuously on medium to low flame. Use the same measurement cup for all measurements. Keep stirring it on low flame till you get nice aroma and till Ragi is mixed well with other ingredients.
  5. Roast it about 10 to 12min.Then remove from flame and add powdered palm sugar to it. Instead of this you can add powdered jaggery also. Mix well altogether.
  6. Now you can make laddu. If you want can add more Jaggery or palm sugar,1 and 1/4 cup not more than that. Cause you should get the taste of pepper and other spices so I added 1 cup which I feel is enough but can add 1/4 cup or less than that if you want.If you feel the mixture is too dry to make laddu you can add 1 to 2 tbsp ghee to the laddu mix. Make small to medium sized laddus.
  7. Store it in airtight container. Enjoy the delicious, healthy immunity laddu.
