Pour into the cake pan lined with parchment paper. Moisten with a squirt of water. Pour hot water into a baking sheet and drop the temperature to 160℃. Steam-bake for 40 minutes. When done, peel parchment paper from its sides and cover it with a pan. Set aside to cool on a cake cooler.
Make an open heart cake using the same amount of ingredients Instead of steam-baking, you could also bake for 15 minutes at 170℃ and 10 minutes at 160℃. The result turned out nice, and took less effort.
After it's cooled down, sift some powdered sugar to finish. For drinkers: brush on some brandy on the surface to improve its taste It tastes better if you let it rest in the fridge and serve it the following day.
