  2. Prepare 1 cup brown rice

  1. Wash urad dal, rice, methi seeds soak separately for 3- 4 hours.
  2. Grind urad dal,rice,methi seeds soak poha and grind it too mix all in a big vessel add ragi flour mix well with hands cover keep for 7,8hour or overnight for fermentation
  3. Now add salt mix well heat steamer grease the idli moulds and pour batter and steam for 12,15min.
  4. Ragi idli is ready to serve with chetney and sambar.
