  1. Wash and soak urad dal for 2, 3 hours.
  2. Grind urad dal to fine add rice flour,ragi flour, salt and grind it to mix well adding enough water.
  3. Heat dosa tawa apply some oil pour batter and spread cook till crisp add ghee or oil on.
  4. Ragi dosa is ready to serve with chutney and sambar.
