  2. Now take a pan switch on the gas flame and pour the batter to it and add sugar and add more water and little salt and cook it properly till the consistency should be thick. Then turn off the gas.
  3. Now take a Mould and grease with little ghee and pour the batter and cool it completely and then keep it inside the refrigerator and next morning serve it as a breakfast. Add fruits if you want to and enjoy.

Specifically, malt is the word used for drinks made with sprouted grains. even though I have used ragi flour, but even sprouted ragi flour can be used to make this nutritious drink. This salted ragi porridge uses finger millet flour and curd.
