  2. Take a wok add oil heat garlic and chilli stir it.
  3. Add onion till brown add tomatoes cook it get soft.
  4. Add dry spices saute. Put in fried arbi mix well and cover it with lid on low flame for 5m.
  5. After 5m open the lid and switch off the flame.
  6. Ready to serve.
