In a big bowl take all the ingredients- - - boiled & mashed Arbi, boiled & mashed potatoes, Rajgira flour, Sendha Namak, - Red chilli powder to taste, Grated ginger - And finely chopped green chilli
Mix them well and shape up into round cakes like tikki/ cutlets
Keep a nonstick pan on flame - Add 2 tbsp oil/ ghee for shallow frying
When ghee is hot place tikkis and fry both the sides till crispy brown coating is seen - - Remove when done
Place them in the serving plate and garnish with both the chutneys generously.
Add some pomegranate kernels and green leaves - Sprinkle chaat masala and enjoy
