  1. First of all peel off taro and wash them and let it dry in sun bcuz it's too slimy so make it dry after rinsing well
  2. Now fry it at high flame just to soak its water.dont over fry it.just for 4 to 5 minutes
  3. Now take a pan and add some oil then roast all the spices.
  4. Roast for 1 minute and then add all the left ingredients with fried taro
  5. Now cook at low flame until it looks golden
  6. Enjoy yummy taro and stay safe
