  3. Stir it well. Cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes. Now add salt, asafoetida, red chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds powder, and mix well.
  4. Cover again and cook for 5-7 minutes and tossing in between. Now add chopped coriander leaves and garam masala and mix.
  5. Serve hot with chapatti or parantha garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
