- Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, and salt until smooth and fluffy. ( My sister in law swears by doing this by hand with a wooden spoon but you can use a blender. ;) )
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Stir in cool whip and berries. Mix well.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours. (Overnight is better, will set and firm up a little more)
