  10. Get 1 tsp Dry desiccated coconut powder
  11. Make ready 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp Sugar
  13. Prepare Pinch Baking soda
  14. Make ready as per taste Salt
  15. Take 1/2-1 Lemon
Instructions to make Breakfast-Arbi Rolls(Patra):
  1. Wash thoroughly the leaves and dry by rubbish in the napkin
  2. Now slice all the veins from each leaves
  3. Now prepare a thick batter to apply on the leaves for that take a bowl in that take a cup of besan and add all the spices, oil and at the end baking soda and squeeze lemon on that and mix the batter well by adding very less quantity of water
  4. Now apply the thick batter on each leaf like this
  5. Apply on each leaf one after another keeping them on the top of each
  6. Now roll them keeping tight and apply the batter on the rolled part too
  7. Take a steamer and boil the roll for about 20mins
  8. After that let them cool and cut them into slices
  9. Now for frying take some oil Cumin seeds and sesame seeds
  10. Now flip them and roast for about 2-3 minutes garnish them with coriander leaves and dessicated coconut powder. Ready to serve with green coriander chutney and tamarind and dates chutney.
