The ingredients needed to make Arbi masala:
  1. Make ready arbi
  2. Prepare onions
  3. Get sp curd
  4. Take sp chilly paste
  5. Prepare sp ginger garlic paste
  6. Prepare sp Ajwain/carom seeds
  7. Get sp chilly powder
  8. Get sp turmeric powder
  9. Take sp corriander powder
  10. Make ready sp jeera powder
  11. Prepare sp garam masala
  12. Prepare Salt
  13. Prepare Oil
  14. Take sp Kasuri methi
  15. Get sp corriander leaves finely chopped
  16. Prepare sp malai
Steps to make Arbi masala:
  1. Wash arbi and pressure cook for 3 whistle.
  2. Peel arbi and shallow/deep fry arbi sprinkle some turmeric and chilly powder on it mix it. Add curd to a bowl add corriander powder, chilly powder,jeera powder,garam masala mix it well.
  3. Heat oil in kadai add ajwain chopped green chillies, finely chopped onion and fry for sometime and add curd mixture and cook till oil seperates.
  4. Add fried arbi,salt as per taste,cream, kasuri methi and stir it and sprinkle corriander leaves and arbi masala is ready to serve.
