Instructions to make Matoke:
  1. Peel the bananas and potatoes & wash them nicely & put aside
  2. Peel the onion wash and cut into pieces
  3. Peel the garlic and crush it
  4. Wash and cut the tomatoes in small pieces
  5. Put the onions in a sufuria, and small amount of oil.and fry in till translucent
  6. Add the garlic, let it fry for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes & let them simmer
  7. When the tomatoes are well cooked, put the bananas and potatoes into the tomato mixture and stir well un till well combined
  8. Let it simmer as you turn frequently in till well cooked. Put salt to taste..
  9. Serve and enjoy.
