The ingredients needed to make Masala arbi:
  1. Make ready arbi
  2. Prepare red chilli powder
  3. Get haldi (Turmeric)powder
  4. Get garam masala powder
  5. Take amchoor(dry mango) powder
  6. Prepare chat masala

Steps to make Masala arbi:
  1. Peel the arbi sprinkle some salt on it. And keep aside for 5 min and wash properly.
  2. Take oil in a hot pan on medium flame and add cumin. Once the cumin started changing colour and dry spices. Mix quickly and add your arbi pieces and mix well.
  3. Lower the flame. Cover the pan and cook till the arbi is completely. Cooked add amchoor powder and all spices mix well. Arbi sbji is ready.
