Take 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Prepare 2 Green Chillies (Slit)
Take 1 Onion (Big Finely Chopped)
Make ready 2 tsp Ginger Garlic and Green Chilli paste
Take 4 Green Cardamoms
Prepare 2 tbsp Tamarind Puree
Prepare 1 Cup Coconut Milk (Fresh or Readymade): Fresh is always recommended though
Prepare 1/2 Cup Tomato (Finely Chopped)
Prepare 4 Shallots (Finely Chopped): Optional

Wash & Clean the prawns & apply some salt & turmeric powder to it & set aside for 30 mins time-Then, shallow fry/sauté it for not more 2 mins on the medium flame- set aside
Prepare the Coconut Milk- By mixing warm water to it & soak it for about 30 mins time & then strain out both the thick & the thin milk of it- set aside

Now, add in the thick coconut milk & stir gently- cover it & cook for about 3 mins time… - Once done: Add in the thin milk now & gently mix everything together until well combined & incorporated
Add in some ghee- give it a really good mix- turn off the flame & let it sit on the oven for about another 10-15 mins time
