  15. Make ready 2 tsp Ginger Garlic and Green Chilli paste

  17. Prepare 2 tbsp Tamarind Puree
  18. Prepare 1 Cup Coconut Milk (Fresh or Readymade): Fresh is always recommended though
  19. Prepare 1/2 Cup Tomato (Finely Chopped)
  20. Prepare 4 Shallots (Finely Chopped): Optional

  1. Wash & Clean the prawns & apply some salt & turmeric powder to it & set aside for 30 mins time-Then, shallow fry/sauté it for not more 2 mins on the medium flame- set aside
  2. Prepare the Coconut Milk- By mixing warm water to it & soak it for about 30 mins time & then strain out both the thick & the thin milk of it- set aside

  5. Add in the 3G Paste, sauté for a minute & then, the chopped tomatoes- add in the salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder to it & keep sautéing until the tomatoes are mushy & the rest all other ingredients are well cooked & the oil surfaces up
  6. Add in some water- (if required), add in the fried prawns & mix everything well together- cover the lid of the pan for 2-3 mins & let it cook
  7. Now, add in the thick coconut milk & stir gently- cover it & cook for about 3 mins time… - Once done: Add in the thin milk now & gently mix everything together until well combined & incorporated
  8. Add in some ghee- give it a really good mix- turn off the flame & let it sit on the oven for about another 10-15 mins time
  9. Dish out & Garnish- the way you like it…Serve hot with equally piping hot steamed rice or fried rice & relish it with family or friends.
