  1. Prepare 2 cup cooked green gram
  2. Take 1/2 cup desiccated coconut/ grated coconut
  3. Get 1 cup jaggery melted

  5. Make ready 2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Salt
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Elaichi/ cardamom powder

  1. Mix boiled green gram, grated coconut, elaichi powder and jaggery together in a large bowl
  2. Take a small portion of above mix and make into a lemon sized ball
  3. In an another bowl mix maida/All-purpose flour, salt, turmeric powder into a thick paste without any lumbs
  4. Cover the green gram mix in this maida mix
  5. Deep fry the balls in the oil. Cook until it become golden brown. Remove it from the oil.
  6. Our Sukhiyan is ready
