  1. Peel the banana's and slice them in desired sizes. Salt them and leave them to absorb the salt

  3. Add water to the mixture to make a thick pasted.
  4. Add the banana slices to the paste
  5. Heat oil and deep fry the banana coated with the paste
  6. Serve while hot.
