Marinate the mutton with salt, haldi, dhania, zeera, garam masala, pepper powder, red chilli powder, tomato and half of the curry leaves. Set aside for 1 hour.
Cook the meat in it's own juices till tender and all the water dries up.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add the crushed ginger and garlic, curry leaves and green chillies. Saute till garlic turns golden. Add the sliced onion and saute for a few minutes.
Add the cooked mutton and cook on a high flame stirring constantly. Add the desicated coconut and mix well. Enjoy!
