  1. Take a bowl,add required water to the Wheat flour, mix well and let it soak in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Take a blender add the grated coconut with little water.Grind to smooth paste and strain the coconut milk.
  3. Remove thick and thin coconut milk from the Coconut.Drain water from the wheat flour soaked.
  4. Take a pan add the thin coconut milk and a little salt and let it cook in low flame.
  5. Stir continously and don't let to form lumps then add sugar and elaichi powder and cook for few more minutes.
  6. Add thick coconut milk last and stir well for few minutes and take off the flame.Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
  7. Take a tadka pan add ghee cashew nuts, almonds and raisins roast and transfer to the bowl.
  8. Best when served hot and try the dessert in cold version also.
  9. Tips: We can use milk also, freshly grated coconut milk will give great taste. Jaggery/palm sugar can be replaced to sugar. Stir continously otherwise lumps will be formed. Soaking the wheat flour helps to cook soon. Try this recipe and share your review.
