Easiest Way to Prepare Favorite Gajak

Hello everybody, it’s Louise, welcome to my recipe site. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, gajak. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Gajak is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Gajak is something that I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have gajak using 8 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Gajak:
  1. Get 300 Gms White sesame/White Til
  2. Get 1/2 Cup Water
  3. Prepare 300 gms Jaggery / Gud
  4. Get 4 Tbsp/1/4 cup/60 grams Ghee
  5. Get 1/4 Tsp Baking powder
  6. Get 4-5 Cardamoms powder
  7. Get For Garnish-
  8. Take as required Dry fruits
Instructions to make Gajak:
  1. Take some White Sesame Seeds and roast them and then let them for cooling down.
  2. Take another pan, put some Water in it and some chopped Jaggery in it. Turn the flame medium till the Jaggery gets melted.
  3. When it gets melted turn the flame high and put some Ghee in it and stir it continuously and makes it thick by cooking it for 2-3 mins. Check the consistency of the Jaggery by putting some drops of it in water and if it will get crispy then turn off the flame. Put some Baking Powder in it and then put Roasted Sesame Seeds and mix it.
  4. Grease some Ghee on a plate and spread the mixture on the plate and keep it aside for 30 mins. After 30 mins, break it in small pieces and put it in the mixer jar and grind it. Then put some Cardamom Powder in it.
  5. Take a tray and put a Butter Paper in it and then set the ground mixture in it properly by pressing it and garnish it with some chopped Pistachios and press it as well.
  6. Then cut it in pieces and the very tasty and different Gajak will get ready in this way.
