First clean the peanuts, roast and peel there cover and make crush powder of peanuts in grinder and keep aside.
Now same with seasame seeds, clean and roast and make a little crush by churn in mixer grinder jar and keep aside.
Now chopped all the nuts and cut the Jaggery in small pieces so it quickly dissolve in water on gas stove. Now take a big pan (kadhai) and add Jaggery and little water to dissolve the Jaggery.
Now boil and cook the jaggery and make thick to it and add ghee, all the dry fruits, crush seasame seeds and crush peanuts one by one and mix altogether very well.
Now grease the tray or plate in which we have to cut the pieces of these and spread some seasame seeds to cover and Garnish and cut into pieces and place in a plate when it cools down and store in a air tight jar for further use. It is very much healthy and good for winter days and nights, use 1 glass of milk with this, it increase our immune and keeps our body warm.
