Get 1 cup maida

Take 1 tsp Chhole masala

Take 1-2 cloves
Prepare 1 small cinnamon stick
Make ready 1 tsp Kasuri methi
Get 1 tsp lemon juice
Prepare as per taste Salt
Prepare As per requirement Coriander leaves, green chilli and lemon slice for garnishing
Instructions to make Chhole bhature:
First of all knead dough for bhatura, take maida, salt, 1/2 spoon curd and baking powder than mix it well and make the dough by using water like roti dough. - Keep aside for 2 hours and start preparing chole.
Soak chole for 7 to 8 hours or overnight. Strain water, add fresh water, salt, teabag(if you want dark colour)and boil it in cooker. - Use chick peas remaining boil water while making chole.
Make the gravy with chopped onion and tomatoes adding ginger garlic paste and indian masalas like coriander powder, red chilli, chola masala,tejpatta,green cardamom, cinnamon stick and cloves. - Finally add boil chole, lemon juice, kasuri methi and cook for 5 minutes.
After 2 hours take dough and make small balls and roll it and fry it in hot oil make bhature (puri).
Garnish chhole with coriander leaves, green chilli and lemon slice and serve it with bhature with lots of love.
