  1. Get Half cup White Chickpeas soaked overnight with pinch of methaa soda

  5. Get Quarter teaspoon chilli flakes
  6. Make ready Half cup dahi
  7. Make ready Imli gur chutney (made with imli pulp,gur,zeera,red chilli powder)
  8. Prepare Mint chutney(made with purina dhanya,green chillies and coconut powder)
  9. Prepare 1 boiled potato medium sized
  10. Take Salt to taste
Steps to make Cholay chaat:
  1. Soak white chickpeas overnight boil them by adding salt until they are done
  2. Now in separate bowl mix dahi and all dry spices
  3. Grind few chickpeas n make paste
  4. Now add a teaspoon oil and add the spices which were mixed with yogurt
  5. Add chickpeas n bhonofy all the spices for few minutes
  6. Now take out in bowl serve with imli n mint chutney n papdi also
  7. It is my kids favourite dish because of less spicy n yes easy to cook
