  1. Boil the cut cassava in salted water till tender and cooked
  2. Drain the water
  3. Put a deep frying pan on heat and add the oil

  5. Turn as they cook,till you achieve a golden color
  6. Remove from heat, drain and put on plate
  7. Next cut a piece of cassava at the middle but not through, sprinkle masala and squeeze lemon juice
  8. Repeat for all pieces
  9. Ready to be eaten
