Take Ingredients for gravy :
Take 1 cup oil
Make ready 4 thin sliced onions medium slize
Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Prepare 1 bowl yogurt
Get 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder
Prepare 2 tbsp coriander powder
Get 2 tbsp turmeric powder
Get 1 tbsp garam masala powder

Take 1/2 kg Boil chick peas
Get Ingredients for garnish :
Get 6 sliced boiled eggs
Prepare 2-3 sliced green chillies
Get Chopped coriander as required
Instructions to make Anda chola:
Add 1 cup oil in a pan then add 4 thin sliced onions in it and let it golden brown
When onions golden browned take them out and add them in a grinder, then add 1cup yogurt, 1.5tbsp red chilli powder, 2tbsp turmeric powder, 1tbsp gram masala powder and grind it well make a Thick paste
Now add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste in the same oil in which you fried onions and broil it for 3 to 4 mints then add the prepared paste in it and broil it well until oil comes upward
Then add boiled chick peas in it and again broil for 5 mints then add 1 cup of water further cook for 5 mints then shut the stove
Now add slices of eggs and chopped coriander and sliced green chillies over it and serve…
