  30. Take 1 cup water

  33. Get 1/2 cup semolina
  34. Take 1/4 cup ghee
  35. Get 2 green cardamoms
  36. Make ready 1 cup sugar

Steps to make Halwa poori platter:
  1. For pooris mix all the ingredients and form a dough by adding lukewarm water gradually
  2. Set aside for 10 minutes then feep fry in hot oil.
  3. For aloo bhujiya put everything in a pot except cornflour and let it cook until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add cornflour to thicken the bhujiya
  5. For cholay fry cumin in oil.
  6. Then add spices and chickpeas and cook for 10 minutes
  7. Add water and let it cook until chickpeas are softer
  8. Add dissolved cornflour to thicken it.
  9. Prepare tarka by adding oil and kashmiri chilli together
  10. Pour over the chickpeas curry.
  11. Prepare sooji halwa. Melt ghee in a pot and add cardamoms
  12. Add sooji and cook for a minute
  13. Then add desicated coconut and besan.
  14. Prepare sheera by adding sugar and water and cook until sugar is dissolved
  15. Now add this sheera to the sooji pot
  16. Add food colouring and cook until sooji is tender and ghee separates
  17. Serve hot
  18. Prepare a platter by serving all quantities and enjoy
