  5. Add milk cream. (I used frozen cream) stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes, the cream is well combined by now.
  6. Let simmer further for 5 minutes until the top looks thicker or bubbly. This allows the water to evaporate and further thicken your porrige. You should also smell the aroma of cooked porrige.
  7. Serve and garnish as desired.
  8. The longer it sits and cools the thicker the porrige becomes. You can further fortify with 1/2 tsp macadamia oil or sunflower oil.
