Steps to make Spicy Amritsari Pindi Choley:
  1. Now take a pressure cooker add there soaked chickpeas, add all khade masale (dry masala), pour water to it and now add 2 tea bags and cover the lid and turn on the gas flame and cook it for until 1 whistle comes. Then on a medium flame allow the cooker for 4 more whistle and then then off the gas and wait for the pressure cooker to realise gas by it's own.
  2. Now check your boiled Choley and separate it's water but don't throw the water keep it aside.
  3. Turn on the gas flame and place a Kadhai and there oil, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2 mins in medium flame then add tomato 🍅 Puree and cook it for 1 to 2 mins and cover the lid of the kadhai and cook it in medium flame for 2 mins.
  4. In the mean time prepare the masala mix take a bowl and add dry powder masala and mix it properly. Now check the gas remove the lid and add all dry masala to it and cook for 1 min then add boiled Choley to it, water (which we have extract from boiled Choley) and again cover the lid and cook for another 4 mins. Now transfer it to a bowl 🥣.
  5. Place a tadka pan add there 3 Teaspoon of oil whole cumin seeds, chopped garlic, 2 Green chillies, red chilli powder. when it starts cracking turn off the gas flame and pour it into the choley gravy. Serve it with Bhatura, Poori or rice.
