Take Laccha katori
Take 2 large peeled potatoes
Make ready 1/2 tsp salt

Prepare 1 Boiled potato for serving
Take Chole masala

Get 2 tsp Everest chola masala
Prepare 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
Prepare 1 tsp Dhaniya (coriander)powder
Get 1 onion for Garnishing
Steps to make Laccha katori:
Wash the potatoes and peel off the skin, grate the potatoes thickly. - Keep the grated potatoes soaked in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water from the grated potatoes completely and dry the potato using an absorbent kitchen towel. - Add salt, turmeric powder and arrowroot powder mix well.
But be sure remove all excess water. - Take a tea strainer and place a portion of potatoes evenly covering the base and sides of strainer completely. - Now take a second tea strainer which will be a size
Now take a second tea strainer which will be a size smaller and place it on top of the grated potatoes inside the first one. - Heat the oil in kadai, when hot enough. Add the strainer completely immersing it into the oil. Deep fry till the potato basket turns golden brown.
In a pan Take Oil Heat it - Add Onions tomato paste, Cook it well. - Add Chole Masala,dhaniya powder,turmeric powder, salt.Cook the Masala Very Well & Add It to the Chole. - Now Cook Chole for Another - 8 - 10 Minutes on medium flame stirring Occasionally
Remove the top strainer carefully and keep it aside. Invert the strainer with basket and giving it a very light tap, gently unmold the basket from the tea strainer. Use the same process to make remaining baskets.
Assembly: Take laccha katori in plate. Put boiled potatoes in katori and then put some Chole on boiled potato. Garnish with onion and tomato.
