Ub ik pan MN oil add krn is MN sub sa phly marinate chicken ko 10 minute fry Kar ke nikal lain full fry nahi krna
Ub isi oil MN zeera, kali mirch, long, or sath he onion paste dalain 3 minute fry krn Ub is MN adrak lehson paste add krn bhonain 2 minute
Ub is MN chicken add Kar ke sath MN haldi, Dhaniya powder, salt add Kar ke achi trhn 5 minute bhon lain
Ub tomatoes ka paste add krn bhonain 3minute
Ub is MN white chany add Kar ke 5 minute mazeed bhonain
Oil separate hojy Ub is MN 1 cup boil Chany ka pani or isi lehaz sa jtni gravy rkhni hai otna Pani add Kar ke phly high flame krn jub boil ajy to low flame krdain
