  1. Take 2 cups boiled chick peas
  2. Get I/2 kg chicken
  3. Make ready 1/2 tspn black pepper powder
  4. Get to taste Salt
  5. Take 1/2 tbspn red chilli powder
  6. Get 1/2 tbspn coriander powder
  7. Get 1/2 cup oil
  8. Make ready 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
  9. Prepare Julien cut ginger for garnishing
  10. Prepare 3-4 green chillies
  11. Take 1/2 tspn garam masala powder
  12. Prepare 2 medium sliced cut onion
  13. Take 2 medium size tomatoes
  14. Make ready 1/4 cup yogurt
  15. Make ready 1 tspn chicken powder
Instructions to make Murgh cholay:
  1. First in a cooking pot add oil,onion in it.let it golden brown.add chicken, ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and black pepper powder init.
  2. Bhonify it for 5-10mins. Thn add Tomatoes and yogurt in it.
  3. Let it cook in it's water for 15min. Add chick peas in it.
  4. Let it cook for another 30mins.add garam masala in the end.add chicken powder also.
  5. Garnish it with ginger and green chillies.
