Take 2 cup wheat flour
Get 1 tbsp oil
Prepare 1/2 tsp salt

Take (Ingredients for halwa):-
Prepare 1 cup semolina sooji,
Take 1/2 cup sugar
Prepare 3 tbsp ghee
Make ready 1.5 cup water
Take Almond & cashews
Steps to make Choley Puri Halwa:
(Choley):- Firstly, heat oil in a cooker, saute bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick and cumin seeds. Add onion and ginger garlic paste saute till it turns light brown.
Add tomato paste and saute till they strt releasing oil. Add all the spices mix well, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add boiled chickpeas and 2 cup water give a good mix. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistle on medium flame. Allow the pressure to release by itself Ready
(Puri):- Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, carom seeds, combine well add water and knead stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions make balls and roll out into round puri shape.Heat oil in a deep kadhai or pan fry puris till they turn golden brown in colour from both sides. Drain the puri on kitchen towel. Ready
(For Raita:- Take a mixing bowl add curd whisked well add roasted cumin, red chilli powder, salt mix well. Ready.
(For Sooji Halwa):- Heat ghee in a non-stick kadhai. Add sooji and sauté on low heat till little brown and turns aromatic. When the sooji changes the colour and gets roasted add almonds and raisins.
Now add sugar and water and keep stirring it to avoid lumps. Keep stirring till the water is completely absorbed and halwa leaves ghee on the sides. Ready
