The ingredients needed to make Matoke:
  1. Prepare 6 raw bananas
  2. Get 2 tomatoes
  3. Prepare 1 onion
  4. Prepare 1 zucchini
  5. Prepare Salt
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup milk
  7. Get Capsicum
  8. Take Dania
  9. Prepare Garlic powder/paste
  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric
  11. Take 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions to make Matoke:
  1. Peel, wash and cut the bananas into halfs. Chop tomatoes and onions.
  2. Wash and dissect zucchini into half then slice into half moon. Chop capsicum and dania too.
  3. In a cooking pan heat oil and add onions, add salt let it cook for 2min,add tomatoes, let it simmer until tender then add spices, stir and cook for 2 min.
  4. Add bananas, stir while mixing, add water and milk cover and let it cook for around 15min.
  5. Add zucchini and let it cook for 5min then add capsicum and dania and let it cook for 2min.
  6. Serve while hot.
