  2. Fry the onions with the crushed garlic and ginger till brown.Add the pilau masala,salt,soy sauce and stir.Add your preboiled beef,mix and let it cook for 1 minute.Be careful it doesn't burn.
  3. Mix and add the 6 cups of water.As it boils,wash your rice till the white colour disappears.
  4. After boiling,add your rice.Test the salt and cook on medium heat.
  5. After cooking,let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve while hot with salad or fruit.I served mine with a lettuce salad.
