Steps to make Annakut veg:
  1. Wash and pat dry all veggies than chopped them.
  2. Cut raw banana, potatoes eggplant. Keep in water in bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and hing,add buy leaf, turmeric powder, coriander powder add chopped green chilli, ginger paste, slightly roasted the veggies,keep flame low.
  4. Add chopped veggies,add salt or red chilli powder mix well cook and cover it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. Then check sabji.. Add chopped tomatoes mix well and cover again for 5-6 minutes.
  5. When all veggies soft then add garam masala and coriander leaves fry them 2 min.
  6. Annakoot veg is ready to serve with chapati or puri….
