  19. Prepare 3 tbsp Sambhar masala
  20. Get to taste Salt
  21. Make ready 1 tsp jeera
  22. Get 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  23. Take 1 pinch hing
  24. Prepare 1 tbsp urad dal
  25. Take 2 tbsp oil
  26. Prepare 1 curry leaves
  27. Prepare 2 tbsp Coriander leaves garnish
  28. Take 4 red chilli
Instructions to make Breakfast:
  1. Rice + urad dal + meti dana me pani dal kar bhigo dijiye 4 gante tak rako fir grind gar lijiye
  2. Rat bhar batar ko fermentation ke liye rack do
  3. Iadali ke bartan me pani dal kar ubal ne rakiye firidali stand me oil lagakar spoon se batar ko dal kar satad rack kar dak dijiye 20 min ke liye
  4. Satnd ko bhar nikal kar idali ko tanda hone rack do
  5. For chutney:- nariyal ko chote tukado me kat lo fir usame chana, hari mirach, lasun, adark salt dal kar pees lijiye
  6. Tadak :- oil garamkare usame jeera, rai, curry leaves, red chilli dal do. tadake ko Chutney ke upar dal do
  7. Sambhar:- sare sabhji ke andar haldi powder, salt, pani dal kar paka lo
  8. Boiled dal me sabji ko dal kar paka do fir usame imali ka pulp, sambhar powder salt dal kar paka do
  9. Tadak:- oil me hing, urad dal, jeera, rai, curry leaves, red chilli dal do tadaka tadkane lage sambhar ke upar dal do fir hare dhniye se garnish karein
  10. Subha ki nasta ready hai
