The ingredients needed to make Ragi Dosa:
Take 300 gms Ragi Flour
Get 150 gms Sooji
Make ready 50 gms Maida
Make ready 50 gms Curd
Prepare For Coconut Chutney
Make ready 100 gms Dessicated coconut
Get 3 spoons urad dal
Get 3 spoons chana dal
Take 1 Green Chilli
Prepare 3 spoons split chana dal (Daliya)
Steps to make Ragi Dosa:
Mix Ragi flour, sooji, and Maida and add fresh curd.
Mix everything well and add water approx 700 ml till makes a good batter consistency.
Cover the mixture and let it ferment overnight. In the morning mix it pretty well, adjust the consistency like dosa batter, add salt and make dosa from it with Ghee.
For Coconut Chutney, dry roast Udad dal, Chana dal, Desiccated coconut, and daliya.
Now once the mixture gets cool down, add green chili, salt, and crush to a fine powder. You can store this mixture in freeze for around 2-3 weeks.
Now add curd and water to this mixture blend it well and adjust the consistency as required.
For tadka, take a pan and add oil 3-4 spoon. Add mustard seeds, Neem leaves, dry red chili, and hing. - Now add this tadka to the chutney mixture and mix everything well.
Serve it with Amazing Ghee Roasted Dosa and Coconut Chutney.
