  1. Take all chila ingredients in bowl except butter, mix it together.
  2. To make flowing consistency add 1 cup water and make smooth flowing batter.
  3. Now heat the pan, apply little butter and spread spoonful batter on flat pan/ tawa in circular direction to make round shape.
  4. Apply butter and roast from other side. Serve with sambhar and coconut chutney.
