  4. Once done let it cook and cut it into round shape. Take oil and heat. Add mustard seeds(Rai), let it splutter. Add hing, sesame seeds. Now add steamed arbi leaf.
  5. Shallow fry it and sprinkle chat masala over it. Patra is ready. Can be served it any green chutney if your choice.
