  1. Get 6-8 arbi(peeled and cut in length)

  1. Heat up cooker, add ghee and fry pieces of arbi to light golden
  2. Blend tomato,peanuts,chilli and ginger to a smooth paste. Take out fried pieces and add carrom seeds to the leftover ghee
  3. Put tomato paste and saute till it leaves ghee
  4. Add coriander powder and salt and arbi pieces and mix well
  5. Add water and pressure cook for 1 whistle
  6. Open the lid and garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy
