First take a pan add water 1 tsp and jaggery, turn on the case and mix it and keep it running well by spatula after 7-8 minutes check the chashni I will check in water if the chashni breaks well then the syrup is ready now add baking powder and mix nicely now turn of the case
And add sesame seeds and mix it now spread the oil on the clean surface add put the mixture and roll it first now til papdi is ready cool it well when it cools down,cut in to pieces
Now take a grinder jar add til papdi pieces and grind it now add 1-2 tsp ghee and grind smoothly now mix the edible gum in the mixture
Now take a tin and Put in the mixture and set with the help of the spatula after 5 minutes cut the pieces of the mixture now gajak burfi is ready to serve, decorate with pistachios.
