The ingredients needed to make Fafda:
  1. Prepare 1 cup besan
  2. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  3. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  4. Get 1/4tsp carom seeds
  5. Prepare 1 tsp amchur powder
  6. Make ready to taste Salt
  7. Take 1 tbsp oil
  8. Make ready 4 tbsp water to knead the besan dough
  9. Make ready 200 ml for frying fafda
Instructions to make Fafda:
  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients.Make a semi hard dough by adding water.
  2. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Take small portion of besan and give a cylindrical structur.
  4. Take a steel thali/tray.Press the besan cylinder on inverted side of thali. Press to give the oblong shape as shown in picture.
  5. Scrap the fafda through a knife.
  6. Heat oil and fry all fafdas on medium flame till golden.
  7. Tasty,crispy fafdas are ready to serve.Serve with curd,pickles or any chutney of your choice.
